i am so lucky to be who i am
to understand, to command, and laugh
with and at and because of
this being i am becoming,
and coming to grasp and grapple and love
intimately.
for ultimately,
there is no wiser fool
to guide me, to chide me,
to divide me between
love and lust.
i have to trust my intuition
and accept that i am
happiest when i am one with me;
and must resign to never be
someone based on the stranger opinion
of others.
