When you get home today pick out one of your favorite peppy-perky songs of your adolescence, ideally one with something affirmative to say, and dance yourself silly. Just let yourself go and express yourself till you have shaken away every annoying moment of the day.
Having also listened (and danced) to Donna Summer's Last Dance by happy-chance this morning, I am also reminded of those great movies during my teen years that were popular at the pinnacle of the disco era, and made Saturday afternoons with Danny Tario on Dance Fever all the more meaningful: Thank God It's Friday, Car Wash, and of course, Saturday Night Fever.
