Life is a Beautiful Blur

Sometimes I feel that life is nothing but a beautiful blur.

Oh, and how wonderful it is to live out that blur here in New York City!

And I think this set readily attests to that profound sentiment. It’s magnificent beauty truly moves me in so many ineffable ways. The iridescence, the beauty of the motion, the depth of color and the inspiration of the cityscape all make me want to cry a grateful cry.

Admittedly, at the same time, I also feel I left my heart in San Francisco. Albeit it could just be the euphonic influence of the sentimental soundtrack I am listening to this morning as I work. Tony Bennet’s rendition of this classic song always touches me and trips a nostalgic switch, so that I pine for those days of old in The City by the Bay.

Nonetheless and allthemore, whether the rest of my blur is lived here or back out there, all I really care to convey is that life is indeed- beautiful.
