here’s a parlour trick you can intrigue, amuse and/or impress your prospective “friends” with at cocktail parties:

Tell them you are about to present to them a classical contradiction of profound proportions. If one can resolve this paradox, he or she is obviously a genius.

“The statement on the other side of this paper is false.”

The person then should then turn over the paper to find:
“The statement on the other side of this paper is true.”
