Light is quintessential to all creativity. Photos cannot be taken without light, the palate of a painting cannot be seen without light, enlightened words cannot be understood in the darkness of ignorance.

The mere manipulation of light allows us to be creative. For light allows to us see, and by merely changing how we look, stepping awry from our usual perspective, quite often you’ll find that the shift of light illuminates whatever we are looking at, whatever we are thinking of, in some new and exciting way that we are surprised exists, if only because we never bothered to err from the unidirectional path of our lives.
